Wizotech Technologies Limited (“Wizotech”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates Social Growth Analytics (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and protect information when you use the Service, including information made available when you authorize a TikTok account.
Social Growth Analytics is operated by Wizotech Technologies Limited, Nigeria. The product is being developed in collaboration with IM Developer, including project-specific UX/UI and frontend development contributions. This development collaboration does not by itself give IM Developer ownership of or operational control over users' personal information.

When you connect TikTok, you are redirected to TikTok's authorization experience. We do not ask for or store your TikTok password. We receive only the authorization information and data that TikTok makes available to our approved application and that you authorize.
TikTok-authorized data is used to provide the analytics functionality of Social Growth Analytics. We do not sell TikTok-authorized data. We do not use TikTok-authorized data for unrelated advertising or for marketing it to third parties for their own purposes.
The exact categories of TikTok data we can access depend on the products and scopes approved for the application and the permissions you grant. We do not claim access to information that TikTok does not make available to our approved integration.
Where applicable, we process personal data on a lawful basis such as your consent, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, or legitimate interests that are not overridden by your rights. Under applicable Nigerian data-protection law, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you may have rights concerning your personal data, including rights to be informed, access, rectification, objection, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent and deletion, subject to applicable legal conditions.
Social Growth Analytics is initially being developed with creators and businesses in Pakistan as an important pilot market. If you use the Service from Pakistan, we may process personal information relating to you in connection with the Service. We will handle that information in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements that apply to our processing activities.
Pakistan's Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication currently publishes the Personal Data Protection Bill, May 2023, as a draft. Accordingly, this Privacy Policy does not state that Wizotech is subject to or compliant with a specific enacted Pakistani comprehensive personal-data protection statute. Users in Pakistan retain any mandatory rights and protections that apply to them under applicable law.

Wizotech is based in Nigeria, while the Service is initially intended to serve users including users in Pakistan. Depending on the infrastructure and service providers used to operate the Service, information may be processed or stored in Nigeria or other countries. We will use appropriate safeguards and comply with applicable data-protection requirements governing international transfers.
We do not state a specific hosting country in this policy until the production hosting arrangement is finalized and verified.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. Access to production data is limited according to operational need. Communications with the Service are intended to use encrypted transport such as HTTPS/TLS.

When you disconnect a TikTok account or request deletion of your account, we will initiate deletion of associated TikTok-authorized data and account information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or backup recovery.
Backup copies may remain temporarily until they are overwritten through the normal backup lifecycle.

The Service may use essential cookies or similar technologies required for authentication, security and basic functionality. We do not intentionally use third-party advertising trackers on this public website. Social Growth Analytics is intended for users who are legally able to use the Service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
