These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Social Growth Analytics (the “Service”), operated by Wizotech Technologies Limited (“Wizotech”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, connecting a TikTok account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Social Growth Analytics is an analytics service designed to help creators, businesses and teams understand the performance of authorized TikTok accounts and content. The Service uses information made available through TikTok's official APIs and other information you provide or generate through your use of the Service.
The Service is initially being developed with creators and businesses in Pakistan as an important pilot market and may later be made available to users in other countries.
The Service is operated by Wizotech Technologies Limited, Nigeria. The product is being developed in collaboration with IM Developer, including project-specific UX/UI and frontend development contributions. This collaboration does not make IM Developer the operator of the Service or create a representation that the Service is operated by TikTok.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You may not create an account for another person without authorization or use the Service to access an account or data you are not authorized to manage.
You must also be legally permitted to use the Service in the country or territory where you access it. If you use the Service from Pakistan, you are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations that apply to your use of the Service and your TikTok account.
Where the Service requires access to TikTok data, authorization takes place through TikTok's official authorization flow. We do not request or store your TikTok password. You authorize us to access only the data and permissions that you approve and that TikTok makes available to the Service.
You may revoke or change authorization through the applicable TikTok controls or by disconnecting the account through the Service when that functionality is available.
Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's own terms, policies and applicable platform rules. TikTok is a separate third-party platform and is not operated by Wizotech.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect and delete personal information and TikTok-authorized data. By using the Service, you acknowledge that processing described in the Privacy Policy is part of providing the Service.
The Service provides analytics, summaries and insights for informational and operational purposes. Analytics depend on the data available to us and on the permissions granted through TikTok. We do not guarantee any particular number of views, followers, engagement, revenue or other growth outcome.
Wizotech and its licensors retain rights in the Service, including its software, interface, branding, documentation and other materials, except for content and data that belong to you or third parties and subject to any applicable third-party or open-source licenses.
You retain your rights in information and content you submit or authorize us to process, subject to the licenses necessary for us to operate the Service.
Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to Wizotech's unrelated products, systems or intellectual property, including Wizotech Business Cloud, unless expressly authorized in a separate written agreement.
The Service may interact with third-party services, including TikTok and infrastructure, communication, monitoring or other providers used to operate the Service. Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies. Wizotech is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features of the Service as the product develops, including where changes to third-party APIs or platform policies require us to do so. We will take reasonable steps to communicate material changes where appropriate.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, comply with law, respond to security concerns, enforce these Terms, or address misuse. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or that third-party APIs will remain available or provide the same data. Analytics and recommendations are not guarantees of business or social-media performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wizotech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims arising from your unauthorized use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.
The Service is operated from Nigeria and is initially intended to serve users including creators and businesses in Pakistan. We will handle personal information in accordance with applicable data-protection and privacy requirements that apply to our processing activities. If you access the Service from Pakistan or another jurisdiction, mandatory consumer, privacy or other legal protections that cannot lawfully be excluded remain applicable to you.
We do not represent that every feature of the Service is appropriate or available in every country. You are responsible for determining whether your use of the Service is lawful in your location.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without prejudice to any mandatory rights or protections that apply to you under applicable law.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves or as required for legal, security or operational reasons. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are published. Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
